First Show Experience for our Nox

At the age of 7 months, Nox entered the ring for the very first time in the Puppy Class at the Dog Show Project in Switzerland. It was absolutely lovely to see the joy with which our Nox stepped into the ring and how focused he was during his performance, without letting all the commotion distract him.

Judge Anca Guira (RO) handled and judged the dogs with great sensitivity and kindness, and wrote a wonderful judge’s report for Nox:

“Absolutely outstanding, not only a beautiful, correct head with strong teeth, typically excellent expression, dark eyes, a arched and well-set neck, correct body lines, but also already a magnificent forechest, strong, well-angulated legs, excellent pigmentation, topline and movement”

Nox was awarded VP1, was named Best Puppy (1/4) and was invited into the ring of honour, where he won 3rd place as ‘Best in Show Puppy’ (3/8).

Nash was allowed to accompany his nephew and also compete in the champion class. He too received a fantastic assessment:

“An impressive and proud representative of the breed standard, beautiful head with typical expression, strong and correct teeth, well-set, arched neck, almost perfect lines from nose to tail set, correct forechest, underline, angulation, topline and gait.”

Nash was awarded Exc.1, won Best of Breed (1/39) and was named Best in Group 2.

The puppies have arrived

On March 26, 2026, Nash and Ivye’s seven little ones were born at Kennel de Pré Poussin in Switzerland, three boys and four girls. Mommy Ivye is lovingly caring for her little babies, who are developing beautifully. On day 16, we went to visit these adorable little creatures and immediately fell in love with their wonderful, expressive little faces. We’re really looking forward to watching them grow!

The puppies are expected at the end of March in the kennel “de Pré Poussin” in Switzerland.

New german champion Vdh

In a very strong champion class with eight high-quality males at the IRA Karlsruhe, Nash won the class with a Exc.1 and CACIB and received the final qualification for the German champion title. There were also two great judge reports, which described not only his appearance but also his confident and friendly behaviour.

‘Harmoniously built with a masculine head, correctly carried ears, excellent neck length, straight firm topline, harmonious underline, good forechest, straight front, fluid movement, secure behaviour in the ring.

‘Excellent overall appearance, very beautiful head with correct expression, excellent body proportions, beautiful upper and lower lines, moves easily and harmoniously with excellent stride length, shows itself to be friendly and free.’

New Swiss GRand champion

Within just one month, Nash's successes earned him all the points he needed to become Grand Champion of Switzerland! At the end of August, he won the champion class at all three shows in Lucerne and also became BOB once, BOS once and received a CACIB and a Res.CACIB. At the CACIB exhibition in Geneva at the beginning of October, he also won the champion class and thus received his last point for the title. Nash now holds all three Swiss exhibition titles. We are so proud of our wonderful boy!

Udako Jackson Nash passed the Breeding Exam

Nash passed the RRCS breeding test with great success at the age of almost 24 months on 14 April 2024. He receives the unrestricted breeding licence for life. We are very proud of our little king.

In the temperament test, he was judged to be a friendly, alert and confident male dog with a strong bond to his handler.

Exterieur judge Lisbeth Mach judged him to be a very masculine male with strong bone structure and musculature and an excellent, lovely character. Her final conclusion describes Nash as a very good representative of the breed with a lot of charisma, who was excellently presented.

EXAMINATION SUCCESS FOR THE SWISS DOG OWNER'S LICENCE

After the one-year training course, Nash passed the SKG's national dog owner licence at the age of 18 months with full marks.

This basic test forms the foundation for further training in dog sports. The tests included recall under distraction, the human-dog relationship, walking on a lead with sit, down and wait, crossing with other dogs and prams and much more.

Despite heavy snowfall on the day, our model student Nash was focussed and enthusiastic.
